CELLULAR JAIL
During the British rule of India, the prisoners were sent to Cellular Jail in order to keep them away from the revolution. Once upon a time in these places, it was challenging to get out, which led to the death of several prisoners. During World War II, after a brief occupation by the Japanese forces, Port Blair became the base of the Azad Hind Fauj. Inside the Cellular Jail is a well maintained, beautiful garden. JOLLY BUOY ISLAND

CHIDIYA TAPU
Chidiya Tapu sits 25 km from Port Blair and is a tiny village on the southernmost tip of the South Andaman. It is also known by the bird island. GANDHI PARK
Gandhi Park on the Port Blair Island is a small and beautiful park with several amusement rides, a lush green garden, a short narrow trail, a small lake inside the premises and remains of a Japanese temple. The Gandhi Park was built in 13 days encircling the Delthamani tank that served as Port Blair’s only source of drinking water in ancient days. This park is a perfect hub of entertainment, especially for children.
CORBYN'S COVE
Corbyn’s Cove is situated near Port Blair and attracts tourists for its soft sandy beach with coconut palms. It is an ideal spot for swimming, scuba diving and boating and also for watching the sunset. During the Japanese occupation of Corbyn’s Cove, pill boxes and bunkers were made which can be still seen on the beach. A major part of the beach was washed away and destroyed in the tsunami of 2004.
ANTHROPOLOGICAL MUSEUM
Situated on MG Road in the western part of Port Blair, the Anthropological Museum is one of the most visited places in town. It is maintained by the Anthropological Survey of India. The museum illustrates the tribal life and culture. It has an exhibition of the tools and weapons that are used by the tribes as well as photographs showing the different tribes, existing and extinct.
LONG ISLAND

With beautiful views from the hilltop, it was the summer headquarters of the chief commissioner during the British rule. There is a trail from this hill to the lush green Madhuban forest. FOREST MUSEUM
Located at Haddo on the outskirts of Port Blair, the Forest Museum is a place that is run and managed by the Forest Department of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. True to its name, the forest museum is famous for its contents related to the forest and the variety of trees. Artefacts from timber and other trees like oak, gurjan, paduak, and satin wood are on display in the museum. These artefacts are a good reminder of the rich flora of the islands and also give an idea of the extent of trees and different varieties that are found in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
RADHANAGAR BEACH
Situated on the western coast in the Havelock Island, Radhanagar Beach is one of the popular destination for tourists in Andaman Islands. With its beautiful sunsets and mesmerizing sunrises, this beach is something straight out of a wonderland. Radhanagar Beach tends to get crowded with visitors around late mornings and afternoons usually from 10 am to 4 pm. The best time of that day at the beach has to be the early mornings as you get time to enjoy the beach in its rawest, most secluded form. You might even end up having the entire beach to yourself or just maybe, find a stray soul or two- perhaps walking a dog, or enjoying a peaceful yoga or meditation session on the beach. Sunsets at this beach are stupendous as well, but the forests guards might not let you stay past 6 pm, as it starts growing darker by the minute.
RED SKIN ISLAND
Red Skin Island is situated inside the Marine National Park and it is a great place to rather chill out as well as indulge in refreshing activities. On the coastal area of the island, the abundance of red coral reefs is seen and that is the reason why the island got its name. ROSS AND SMITH ISLAND

BARATANG LIMESTONE CAVE
This island between South and Middle Andaman has beautiful beaches, mangrove creeks, mud-volcanoes and limestone caves. Andaman Trunk Road to Rangat and Mayabunder goes through this island. Limestone cave can be explored with the permission of Forest Department at Baratang and proper local guidance.
NATURAL BRIDGE
It has two living natural corals formed just like a bridge. The rock formation was called by the Bengalis who settled in the island in the early days and they refer it as the Rabindra Sethu and later called it the Howrah Bridge. It is best seen during low tide.
